Curebiome Naturopathic

At CureBiome we empower you to make the changes in your life to revitalize your health and keep it.

Our approach to health is based on a simple approach which has three components. First, give the body what it needs. Second, remove harmful excesses. Third, stimulate the body’s natural ability to heal itself. To achieve this we rely on many therapies, and tailor our approach to each person, because a 4 year old needs a very different approach than a 25 year old who needs a different approach from a 64 year old. We work closely with you to help you reach a place where you’re able to maintain and support yourself with little help from us.

Our therapies include

  • Nutrition: Improving diet and supplementation to ensure the body has everything it needs to thrive. We rely on nutrition and the biochemical pathways of the body to support the right nutrients for the right person.
  • Nutrient Injections and IV’s: When the body can’t absorb or simply needs higher levels, oral support isn’t always enough, Nutrient injections and IV’s bypass absorption and metabolism from the liver and are delivered directly to the cells.
  • Detoxification: Test and remove heavy metals, solvents and pesticides that inhibit healthy function.
  • Physical health: Ensure proper exercise, body mechanics and function for health and elimination of aches and pains.
  • Sleep: Helping your body get the best sleep for repair and regeneration.
  • Hormone Optimization: Test and naturally optimize hormones for weight, energy and more.
  • Digestive health: Supporting and improving a healthy gut to allow the proper absorption of nutrients and indirectly improve the immune and nervous systems.
  • Homeopathy: Stimulate the optimize the body’s ability to heal itself.

Don’t conform when it comes to your health!

I’m completely fascinated with wellness and supporting the body to heal and correct itself. It’s the first step to getting what we want out of our life and helping others in the process. I grew up near the Shenandoah river in Virginia where I witnessed an environmental health crisis. The river was so polluted that there were major die-offs and mutations of the local fish population, in fact the public is still cautioned not to eat fish from the river. Around the same time I saw my father struggle with diet and stress until the day he was admitted to the hospital for open heart surgery and was diagnosed with diabetes – they were both preventable but everything he had been told and given up to that point had simply been band-aids for the underlying causes. It wasn’t until I entered school for Naturopathic Medicine that I could really grasp the extent of our health problems, which I work to improve everyday for myself, my family, my friends and my community (that means you).

I have a personal goal to live to a healthy and active 120 years old which has pushed me to take better and better care of myself and those around me. I am constantly experimenting on myself with different diets, lifestyles, exercise and therapies so that I can feel amazing and better understand the challenges to recommendations I make for those I serve. In my personal health I’ve been fortunate to reach a place where I feel healthier than at anytime before in my life by optimizing diet, sleep, exercise and specific nutritional support.

I received my B.S. in Biology from Virginia Tech in Blacksburd before attending Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine where I earned my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. After that I moved to San Francisco Bay to start my family with my fantastically patient and understanding partner.

My lifelong purpose is working to be a better person through my health, communication, happiness and outlook. I am a problem solver and always coming up with solutions and alternatives for problems big and small. I’m a complete bookworm and dive in head first to learning new concepts, ideas and enjoy getting lost in research (as well as a good sci-fi or fantasy novel). Below are some of my favorite books on life and taking care of yourself.

  • The Happiness Advantage by Shawn Achor
  • The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho
  • Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu
